Purpose of the Job

We have a great opportunity available for an Administrator to join a small, successful, family run business. 

This is an immediate start temp to perm position. The successful candidate will be required to work the first 12 weeks on a temporary basis through the agency. After 12 weeks, a direct permanent contract will be considered. 

Duties and Responsibilities

Administrator key responsibilities; 

  • Covering reception, greeting customers and answering the telephone
  • General data entry including, processing orders, employee time sheets and invoices
  • Any other general admin duties as and when required

Working Hours

Administrator hours; 

  • Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm

Salary/Hourly Rate

Administrator pay; 

  • £9 to £9.50 per hour, negotiable on experience

Start Date

ASAP

Experience

Administrator skills/ experience required; 

  • Minimum of 1 years similar administration experience
  • Confident, friendly telephone manner
  • Excellent level of English
  • Good computer skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Pro-active independent worker able to work on own initiative
  • Previous Sage experience preferred but not essential
  • Own transport - This is essential as location is on the outskirts of Wisbech near Marshland St James

This is an interesting, varied role working as part of a small, friendly team. 

Interviews will be taking place this week and next. The successful candidate will then be required to start immediately on a temp to perm basis.
