Rapid Recruitment is committed to providing a service that meets all legal requirements.

Our clients need to have full confidence  in their agency and its’ operations; since its’ establishment in 2000, Rapid has strictly adhered to its legal requirements, as they change and develop over the years

The health, safety and welfare of our staff are of paramount importance and a core tenet of our business.

We strive to treat our agency staff fairly and honestly at all times and our highly experienced, in house payroll team led by Trudy Oughton, work incredibly hard to make sure all our staff are paid correctly and promptly each week.

Our Compliance Officer, Lisa Newman, regularly welcomes clients to our offices, to complete audits of our business.

Rapid is proud to have been one of the first companies to have successfully achieved a Gangmasters License and our own Compliance Officer ensures that we provide a service that strictly adheres to the licensing rules.

Rapid maintains professional membership of the REC and ALP and regularly interview staff, following the guidelines advised by the Stronger Together campaign.

Rapid is committed to supporting the local community. As well as striving to be a good and fair employer, we like to support local charities. Over the last 20 years, either through donations or fundraising cake sales,  we are proud to have supported a number of charities, including Scottys Little Soldiers, The Wildlife Great Fen, Meadowgate School, Macmillan Cancer relief and Tapping House.
