The job role is as follows:

• Supervise a team of up to 7 people and work to achieving targets whilst also considering the safety and quality of the product
• Organise and motivate staff effectively
• Completion of the production paperwork including metal detection checks
• Follow all health and safety regulations
• Have an understanding of what is required when working in a BRC approved food factory
