Purpose of the job
Our client is a leading designer and manufacturer of secure communication technologies and an exciting opportunity has arisen to join their team as an Assembly Operative.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Using specific processes, you will be responsible for the preparation and assembly of components, PCBs, as well as box building and assembling systems.
- You will be testing and programming equipment to the standards required.
- You will have soldering skills and experience, which you will make use of assembling communication equipment.
- You will work closely with the Operations Manager, and report any processing or tooling problems swiftly.
- You will work closely with your fellow team members , with a pro active attitude to continuous improvement.
Skills and experience required:
- You will have electronic assembly skills and experience.
- You will have good soldering skills.
- You will work well in a team and be thorough and diligent in your work.

Working Hours:
Monday – Thursday 08.00 – 16.30. Friday 08.00 – 12.00
Pay Details:
Shift: Monday to Friday (36.25 hrs/ week).
Holidays: 25 days/ year – plus 8 Bank Holidays.
Salary: £23,330 p.a.
