Purpose of the job
Are you an experienced Quality Auditor with a background in food manufacturing?
We have an exciting opportunity to join one of our clients in Wisbech.
Duties and Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
✔Carry out quality inspections and product assessments
✔Conduct GMP and HACCP audits
✔Complete swabbing and sample collection
✔Identify, raise, and follow up on non-conformances
✔Complete accurate quality and food safety documentation
✔Monitor and maintain food safety and quality standards
✔Support continuous improvement initiatives
✔Work closely with production teams to ensure compliance
Skills and experience required:
About You:
✔Previous QA/Quality Auditor experience within food manufacturing is preferred
✔Good understanding of GMP and HACCP
✔Strong attention to detail
✔Excellent communication and organisational skills
✔Able to work independently and as part of a team
✔Reliable, proactive, and committed to maintaining high standards
✔Flexible and comfortable working night shifts

Working Hours:
Shift Pattern: Nights – 4 on / 4 off
Hours: 5:30 PM – 6:00 AM
Pay Details:
Pay Rate: £16.10 per hour
