Purpose of the job
Our client, a leading leeks grading, sorting, and packing factory, is looking for Machine Minders.
Duties and Responsibilities
Main duties:
- Operate and monitor production machinery
- Complete machine checks and production paperwork
- Report faults and support line efficiency
- Maintain quality, hygiene, and safety standards
- Support production teams to achieve daily targets
Skills and experience required:
Candidate:
- Ability to operate machinery safely
- Previous experience working with the machine in fresh produce
- Attention to detail and quality standards.
- Basic mechanical aptitude for fault-finding.
- Good communication and teamwork.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced food-production environment.
Working Hours:
Shift: Monday – Friday, 07:00 – 15:00, Alternate Saturdays, 07:00 – 12:00
Pay Details:
Pay: £13.71 per hour
